Product is solid and attractive. Good materials and an easy to navigate website. If I had one complaint it would be fulfillment time. I’m sure this is a small made by hand company though so I can easily forgive a little longer than expected wait.

What a fantastic holster. Compact lightweight and retains my pistol with an audible click. I recently Cerakoted my Sig and it slides right with no wear. I can even use it with my Sig P365XL.

The style/aesthetic of the holster is nice. The position for concealment and how it fits snugly against the body is also good. The cons for me are the retention. It appears the retention comes from securing around the WML (weapon mounted light) and not the trigger guard/ejection port area like on other kydex holsters. The gun kind of just sits in there snugly, but not positively clicked or locked in. Although I ordered my holster with the speed clips to attach to my belt due to being in an office and having to don/doff the holster often, I think the clips could be slightly stronger/stiffer. They are a bit too flexible for my liking, but they still get the job done. I gave it 2 stars mainly for the retention issue. I even tried to adjust it using the screws on the holster.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the retention. Due to the design requirements for accommodating the X-300 light on your gun, securing retention around the trigger guard isn't feasible due to the necessary channel for the light to enter. Instead, we focus on the light as the primary retention point. we do this to avoid premature wear on the slide that can occur with ejection port retention. Companies that use ejection port retention either implement active retention mechanisms (which involve locking and unlocking with a button) or use a soft leather backing to mitigate wear.
We appreciate your input on the speed clips. While they are designed for flexibility to accommodate frequent donning and doffing, we understand your preference for stiffer clips. We are constantly working to improve our products and will take your feedback into consideration.
If the retention isn't tight enough to your preference, we're more than happy to cover the shipping costs for you to send it back so we can manually adjust it for you. However, please note that the distinct 'click' you mentioned is often absent in our light-bearing holsters. Locking onto a solid light is different from securing around a trigger guard. The dual rubber retention washers in our holsters absorb vibrations, which also contributes to the absence of a pronounced click.

I am worried about the speed clips, I wish they were made with a little stiffer plastic. I am afraid they will not last long. The holster is a great holster, I love the way it sits and fits my gun perfectly.

Holster is comfortable to wear all day, holds the firearm securely and looks good. Highly recommend. This makes my fourth or fifth Upper Hand holster.
